A. You bet! We are well known for great taste. We always
get thank you notes commenting on how delicious & moist &
flavorful our cakes are. We love to give samples so you can see
for yourself!
Q. Which are your most popular flavors?
A. Classic White cake with Vanilla Cream Raspberry filling
is #1. Dark Chocolate is #2. Also very popular is our Caramel
Rum Spice Cake. Our cakes are always made fresh with the very
best ingredients. They are always moist and flavorful.
Q. Can I choose more than one flavor?
A. Yes. With a 3 tier cake you may choose 2 flavors. With

Why is your fondant better?
A. We take the time and effort to make our own tasty fondant.
It is soft and pliable when you cut it. There is never a bitter
after-taste (as with other bakeries). We always ice the cake with
buttercream before we cover it with a thin layer of fondant. That
way you get the beauty of fondant, and the great taste of buttercream.

Q. Do you customize cakes, or are there designs that I
can choose from?
A. Yes – we can do custom cakes that are based on
pictures or of your own creative ideas or designs. We also have
available other ready made designs to choose from.
Q. Do the prices include the fresh flowers?
A. No. You need to order your flowers through your florist.
You get the best price that way, and you are sure the flowers
will match. We will provide any handmade sugar paste flowers that
you may choose.

What size cake will I need?
A. That depends on how you will be using it. How big of
an impact do you want your cake to make? How large is the area
where it will be displayed? Is the cake high on your priority
list? Usually a 3 tier cake will be enough to serve those who
are there toward the end of the evening.
Is the cake serving as dessert after a sit down dinner? In this
instance you need to be sure you have a nice sized slice for each
guest, which usually requires a larger cake or a side order of
a half to full sheet of cake depending on how many guests there
are.
Q.
I want a silver cake stand. Do this come with the cake that I
order?
A. Silver cake stands are optional. A silver stand can
be rented for a fee of $25.00. We do require a security deposit
of $100.00, which will be refunded when the stand is returned.
Q. How soon do I need to order my cake?
A. We usually book 2-3 months before your wedding. June,
July and August fill quickly, so it's best to order as early as
you can for these months. A $100 non-refundable deposit will put
you on our calendar. This deposit will be applied to the cost
of your order. The balance is due 3 weeks before your wedding.
